As with all property managed accommodations, there is minimal emphasis on guest satisfaction and maximum emphasis on business profit. If they were interested in my satisfaction they would have provided more than two rolls of toilet paper for six people for 5 days. And three dishwasher tabs. First thing we had to do was run out for toilet paper. REALLY? You buy it in bulk. It took me 40 minutes to find and return with it. Just leave an extra roll. Maybe spend less time on the welcome kit and more on what matters.
