Set in Ashington, this lovely 2 twin bedroom house with a large living area is perfect for a little break away! Close to the coast or the city of Newcastle upon Tyne it is a great place if you are looking to explore what Northumberland has to offer. The living area has a large flat screen TV and wifi throughout the whole house, the fully equipped kitchen is all ready for any of your catering needs. There is also a garden to the rear of the home.

I will list the pros and cons of the property.
Pros :
The photos are a good reflection of the house.
The beds are clean and comfortable.
The decor is good.
The kitchen is equipped well.
Its a good base and its secure.
The shower is hot and good.
Cons
The area is not the best, however it is safe and quiet
As mentioned in the other review the flooring outside the downstairs bathroom is unstready.
This wasnt explained but you turn thr boiler on in the kitchen. You need this for hot water in the shower and sinks.
The cupboards in the kitchen only should have a lining so that they look better and more presentable, and every other room and outside are good.Overall id return and a good.stay.

It was not the best looking area so understand why no pictures of the exterior, it was a quiet area though and very close to amenities.Interior thought was good. The main issue was the floor in the bathroom, the floor is lifting and uneven, we also had a problem getting the shower to work, the “thingy” that you pull up to divert the water from tap to shower was really hard. Lastly 6 bags of garden rubbish appeared in the front garden yesterday. ?? Were from but a bit concerning. Instructions on how to work the tv would be good. Would stay again thank you.
