Nice location. Spacious room and really nice comfortable bed

Felt a little old and bathrooms in need of a facelift. Was not very lively when we were there.

Wonderful, thoroughly updated historic building. Terrific Staff, an excellent bar and restaurant ( The Nickel ) Rooms very clean and modern, very high quality sheets and bedding. A 10-12 minute walk to Union Station, 5 minutes to Larimer and 16th

Enormous room, beautiful property, great location.

Thermostat didn’t go below 74 all night despite being set to 68, so it was extremely hot in the room. I called the front desk and they said nothing could be done until the morning as there are no on site facilities staff, but did provide a fan. Bar/restaurant were closed when I arrived so no wine happy hour and was not able to use my $15 food credit (they don’t allow you to use it on breakfast items for some reason). Free coffee is advertised in the lobby but apparently this is only 2 hours per day. Front desk staff were rude and dismissive. Note: I did email the property about my concerns and they sent a very nice response.
