Polite owner, nice location of hotel

Very solid deal, easily accessible.
Room was very cold, heater barely helped since the window curtains hang to the floor blocking the radiator. Minor damages to things inside the room like bathroom door.

Staff members were helpful and kind. They accommodated our request to store soemthing on the fridge for a night and kept our luggage for a few hours.
The room is not very clean, with heavy dark stains on the carpet, a bit dusty and a strong smell of smoke from the outside. Though cheap-ish for the region, it could be much cleaner and more like the pictures. For instance, there were no bedside lights, no minifridge, ketle or any cups, as depicted in online pictures. Also, there was only a single hanger and there were holes on the bathroom walls with exposed metal bits.
