It was much nicer than expected. It was very cute, spacious and the location was perfect for driving into town for Beale St and Sun Studios as well as to Graceland.

Getting to the back free parking area is scary in a larger vehicle as the driveway is long and narrow but the backyard parking area is very spacious and covered with tree shade to keep vehicles cool in this heat wave.

Perfect place, had no issues whatsoever! Would recommend to anyone!

Parking is a bit crazy, was a little worried about someone driving into my car. Did see it happen on the street.

The rooms were very nice and the hole apartment was clean all except for the white bed spread had a red spot stain on it (yuck 🤢) Bathrooms, Kitchen and Living areas very clean. I liked that it was so close to Graceland.

The parking was a total disaster. The first night we park on the side street in front of the apartment when we came out the next morning, my passenger side rear view mirror was almost completely taken off. The next night, when we got back after we went to Graceland, a car in the front took up two parking spots, so we could not park in front of the apartment. We had to park in the back. We barely got my SUV down the little bitty alley. There was nowhere to park. We got the very last parking spot by the grace of God. We were able to park and not back up and hit the tree. Then when we left, we pulled the vehicle up to the top to try to load our stuff in the vehicle because there was no way we were gonna carry it all the way back there and couldn’t even open the hatch on the SUV. We could barely get the stuff in the vehicles. We still had to pull up halfway out on the road so we could get in the vehicle to leave. I did not like the keyless door entry locks when we got back on Saturday, we stood on the porch for almost 10 minutes trying to unlock the stupid door. Then, when we got ready to leave Sunday morning, the door would not lock and we did what we were supposed to do! The noise levels were completely out of control!! You had people up above you all night long stomping on the floor as they walk around, people constantly coming in and out, the not to mention the loudness from the outside, the honking of the horns, and everything else cause that is a very bad part of town to be staying in. Cops constantly, but there are sirens going up and down the road all night long as well. Then I sent a message to the person and got treated like I was stupid that I didn’t know how to lock a door, and there’s nothing that they could do about the noise level because it’s a 1800 century house. Yes, it most definitely is a 1800 century house. The whole outside is completely fallen apart. They were responsive with their emails, which is a plus, but they were not accommodating at!
