Great Experience. We were very happy with our choice to include this adventure and stay in the Agafay Dessert. We did the dinner, fire show and camel ride. The pool and facilities was clean and awesome. It was a neat experience I would recommend it to others.
They do not accept credit-card payments, cash only. The electricity was not turned on until 7-8pm in the evenings which meant no Air conditioning until then. I also would have been nice to have drinking water free and accessible. You had to pay for bottled water.

Consiglio!

No real breakfast option. Just old pastry. Too sugary. Don't expect much.
Wash basin drainage was broken. Staff receive bookings from various sources. Need to streamline and have information on hand rather than the chaotic scene I saw.
