The quickness to respond to any questions we had was impressive. We even received a personal phone call from the owner instead of a message back! It was an awesome stay, zero issues.

The company they use from Denver to market this place was less than helpful or useful. Made it a frustrating experience. Think the owners could put themselves in a better position by parting ways with them. People at front desk of lodge very kind and helpful although the owners tell you that they can’t solve problems for you. They were lovely and clearly trained in customer service for answering questions and getting you the right connections and information you need. Thumbs up to the people at the Zephyr, thumbs down to whoever the owners used to market their place.
