This place is great. The pool was warm, close to stores. I will for sure rent here again if I am coming to the area.

Utilized the house for 2 months of warmth in Florida. House was great with the pool for our stay. It backs up to a preserve (saw a bunch of wildlife) and has a retention pond on one side so it was nice and quiet. Ample driveway parking when we had visitors. Had a couple of issues upon arrival but they were there quickly to take care of them. Alot of golf courses in the area. Only issue was the traffic once you leave the complex but that comes with the location.

Beautiful and quiet place. Confortable Rooms. Spacious and Clean. Don’t miss that!

Enjoyed the place but the air conditioning is locked out to only be set at 72 or higher. Property owner said that if temp is turned down lower than that pipes freeze. Seems like a cost saving measure to me. It was hot sleeping upstairs. Other than that it was a very nice place that was clean and well cared for.
