The house was great conveniently located to downtown. The host was by far the best host ive ever had. She was very attentive and helpful from the moment i booked my stay, she even sent a list of places to go in the area depending on what we wanted to do. Especially being our first time in Nashville was very helpful. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

Street parking seemed the best option. The neighborhood was the biggest downside, but it was just a 20 minute drive to Broadway and was pretty close to Germantown. The unit was moderately clean. There was moderate dust on some surfaces.

There were ants all over the counter in the kitchen which seems to be an ongoing issue based on the ant traps. Toilet was not cleaned and toilet paper still in toilet. It was in a bad area - it’s an area slowly going through gentrification, but I would let me wife walk anywhere at night with friends. A little more color for the picture… boarded up house next door. Drug dealer on the corner. Upside was the bedding was comfortable.
