Overall this property gets a 5 star rating due to the view and access to the beach Pictures are true representation Balcony is great-awesome ocean view with several dolphin sightings. Can’t actually see the sunrise and sunset without walking out to the beachGreat building security and easy access to beach Kitchen layout great-lots of counter space Grills in good shape and working orderManagement company-very responsive about a small kitchen sink leakSome things that could use improvement, but did not warrant a lower rating:No extra blankets for bedsNo throw blankets for cool mornings and nights on balconyOnly one blow dryer for two bathrooms Guest bedroom bed not comfortable Wish the deck had a small table with higher chairs to see over railingCondiments-they don’t even have salt and pepperWould definitely stay here again

Great place to stay!

Nice unit with a lot of character and great view. Wish there had been more blankets available, a smart TV, and some trash bags to make it more enjoyable. It was chilly while we were there and some of the kids got cold. The trundle bed also wasn’t made so we had to hunt for the sheets. There were also 5 remotes to operate the two TVs and dvd player, and it would’ve been much more convenient if there had been a smart TV to pair our phones with instead of trying to navigate the remotes. Overall, it was a nice play to stay.
