Host was very helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries. Home had the perfect set up for my family, with a great kitchen and was nicely furnished and decorated. I would highly recommend.

The house is an awesome place with lots of unique features and well equipped. We had a a quick question and the manager picked up the call right away and was supper helpful and friendly. The location is great for skiing (Crystal Mountain). Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Crystal Rainer Retreat was the perfect location for our son's wedding at Crystal Mt Resort. The house is lovely, well-appointed, and the beds are so comfortable!! Thank you for everything!!
