The house is great, was spotless, pet friendly. Host was awesome, easy check in. Would stay again.

Pros: Very convenient location 2 blocks from the beach. Open floor plan perfect for large families. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes. Each bedroom was relatively clean & beds weren't hard. No sign of pets even though it's pet friendly.Cons: House is very bare bones. They only provided 1 trash bag, 1 paper towel roll, 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, and no basic cooking seasonings or spices. One of the sink stoppers in the jack-and-jill bathroom was broken so the sink wouldn't drain unless you pulled the stopper out.I'd recommend this listing only if you come well equipped with supplies.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for minor issues that had no major effects, we truly enjoyed our stay at the Lost Flip Flop. There was great communication with Suncoast throughout the entire process. The house was roomy and affordable for our whole family.

THE HOUSE WAS NICE BUT LACKED AMENITIES. THE WASHER AND DRYER DID NOT WORK WELL - IT TOOK 3-4 CYCLES TO DRY CLOTHES. THEY ONLY PROVIDED 10 TOWELS WHICH IS THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THE HOME COULD SLEEP. THERE WERE NOT MANY COOKING ITEMS. OTHERWISE THE HOME WAS CLEAN AND WORKED FOR US.
