This property was fabulous for our annual family get together! The house was clean, well stocked with dishes and cookware, lotion, soap and towels. The pool is large and well maintained. And the house is beautiful and had a great layout. There was plenty of room to gather in the kitchen, play board games in the dinning room and relax in the large living area. Our kids and grandkids had great fun playing hide and seek - there was so much room to hide in, and the arcade room was a hit with everyone. Of course, one of our favorite features were the wrap around porches and the incredible views. We've been renting houses for summer time get together for 14 years now, and this was absolutely one of our favorites. We hope to come back. Plus, our host was very responsive when we have questions. A great house and a great experience!

Everything was perfect !!!!!

We had a wonderful time. Joe was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. The house was very spacious and had everything you needed. The heated pool was a great option. The kids enjoyed the pool even with the cooler weather. It stayed at a perfect temperature for us. Clean house and the rooms were perfect to accommodate our groups of 13. Definitely will try to stay here again! I forgot to mention we had an excellent view of the random fireworks show!

I think I'm done with VRBO. I agree the house is spacious, well located and with a great view. Yes Joe is quick to respond, but proactive would be better. I shouldn't have had to call about: curled corners on rugs, beer cans littered across the hillside and at the bottom of the pool, oil in the grill that caused a small fire when lit, and porch furniture that needed to be thrown away. Dead flies on the windowsill and a marshmallow under the breakfast table when we arrived didn't give us confidence about cleanliness. We managed to have fun and the grandkids had a big time in the makeup room, but we won't be coming back here.
