Great location near Vatican and many ideal eating locations.

Right across the street from St. Peter’s.
Nothing.

I liked the location. It’s quieter than in center town and everything we needed was close (ie mini mart, breakfast, bus stop), basically beneath us (apartment is on a second floor. Place was spotless clean and has Italian flare. The staff was nice and accommodating.
Get tickets to attractions before you come! Colosseum “experience” tickets are gone a month in advance. St. Peter’s Cathedral has a cúpula balcony, Vittoriano also has a lift experience where you can see all of Rome and also Castel St Angelo. If you love art must see Galeria Borghese
It’s a bit of a walk to the metro which is the fastest way to get around but we are there adults ages 23-59 so we didn’t mind. The bus it’s right outside but traffic in Rome gets congested.
