Good location - garden and dipping pool were well maintained
Garden loungers were old and in need of repair
Extractor fans in bathrooms not working
Dishwasher needed cleaning
Marks on soft furnishings and curtains
Generally looked a bit tired in the kitchen/living area with scuffs on kitchen area cupboards

The villa, location, amenities
N/a yes was slightly tired furniture but for the price and location can’t beat it

Been twice previously and the pool and outside space are a big attraction and a nice open plan feel
Quite noisy being nearer the road from apartments, everything seemed a bit old tired since last stay, just needs a spruce up and new bits added. Still a lovely place and always great to have your own pool.
