We stayed in this beautiful, premium seaside apartment for the second week of our vacation in Valencia because we wanted to swim and relax by the beach after a busy first week enjoying the hustle and bustle of Valencia city.
The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we even prepared meals a couple of times when we felt like having fresh green salads and a change from restaurant food.
The bedroom is very spacious, with extremely comfortable beds and more than enough wardrobe space. The hot water worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.
Having already spent a week in Valencia, we also really appreciated being able to do our laundry and dry our clothes in the dryer.
The windows in both the living room and bedroom were a real highlight, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and flooding the rooms with beautiful natural light. The beach chairs and sun umbrella provided with the apartment were also very welcome. The man at the front desk of the main building complex was always friendly, kind, and helpful.
The location of this apartment is definitely a 10 out of 10. It is located right by Patacona Beach, with great restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a large, well-stocked Consum supermarket, several nearby bus stops, and a pharmacy. Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation is within easy reach. By the end of our stay, we felt completely relaxed and refreshed.
Dan was incredibly kind and accommodating, arranging early access to the apartment so we could avoid the hassle of storing our luggage between check-out and check-in. His helpfulness made the start of our stay much easier. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would happily recommend the apartment as a comfortable seaside getaway near Valencia.

The property is very close to the beach , you can reach there in less then 5 minutes, the apartment is very clean , all the comfort you need and , not less , a safe and quiet place.
