This Nantucket compound is amazing! It comfortably sleeps 22, but if you plan to use the bunk house with 2 twin beds - be sure to request an A/C set up. We did not use it, but it’s a cute retreat for privacy with a full bath and TV. The was perfect for our teens and the main house had plenty of space for our kids in the bunk room and adjoining twin bedroom, as well as three en suite bedrooms each with a king-size bed (plus one with a twin in one of those bedrooms.) Bring ground coffee (not Keurig cups) and enjoy the beautiful kitchen for big family meals. The pool and hot tub were used daily and there’s plenty of room in the backyard for spike ball and wiffle ball in the front yard. The location is great - close to the airport and Windmill Auto rental; a 20-minute bike ride to town; and super close to Surfside! Have fun!

Loved this part of the island. Plenty of room, able to bike/short drive to the beach. House was very nice and the kids loved the heated pool.

Excellent

The house was very spacious and offered a lot of privacy. It was beautifully landscaped. The kitchens were well-equipped. The layout of the home and grounds are excellent. There were a few things that would have improved our experience. The pool was not heated upon arrival due to a storm. The house was poorly cleaned. Surfaces were dirty. Linens had stains. The closets were quite small and many of the doors were very difficult to open. Overall, there were many aspects of the house that required maintenance. The most frustrating issue was not being able to access the Wi-Fi. I messaged back and forth about the pw not working and I was sent the same response about the pw (which did not fix the issue). I finally messaged the hospitality phone number listed inside the house and no one responded. For the price paid, I would have expected better conditions with the maintenance. Overall, I would consider staying here again only if the maintenance issues were resolved.
