We had a wonderful time at the Magnolia House with our two adult kids on a long weekend. Jen was a wonderful host and she thinks of everything to make the stay perfect. The house is in a great location - convenient to sites and activities. The home is in amazing condition. We highly recommend the experience!

The house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. The owner is in touch and available for any questions. She also leaves an information binder filled with an abundance of valuable information to help you navigate the house and Sarasota. I had a great time!

My husband and I recently stayed several nights at Magnolia House and we couldn't be happier. Jen is an amazing host who has taken care of every detail, from comfortable bedding/linens to a well-stocked kitchen to the most relaxing and well appointed lanai. It happened to be too cold to enjoy the pool but the hot tub was a great treat. The house feels luxurious and the location is perfect for us. The garage is stocked with any beach gear you'd need. Jen really has thought of everything and we appreciate how easy it is to arrive and begin to relax in this beautiful home!

Attention to detail and excellent home
