This was our first time traveling to Beaver Creek. We took our young family of five skiing for the first time. This Saint James residency is very nicely updated. The fireplace was essential for warming up and drying off mittens. The kitchen was fully stocked. The washer and dryer was a wonderful addition. One of the bedrooms does not have windows which was wonderful for my light sensitive sleeper. The side elevator kids saw someone in the woods so they were on a code yellow(not the noisy main elevator) sorry we’re all good. OK awesome thank you all right. The condo was perfectly located and adequately appointed. Building services and amenities are all clean and functional, parking was heated and convenient. The large hot tub overlooking the Village was great. Pre-arrival communications were clear and thorough and check-in process was easy.The apartment was as just as it appears in the photographs. It's clean, functional, and spacious enough to use the kitchen and socialize with a group (if not necessarily luxurious). Our only comment was that the layout might be better for a family visit than a friends trip because there is a real distinction between the master bedroom and the secondary bedrooms and the third bedroom in particular is more of a closet than a bedroom (small, no windows) and was less than ideal for two adults -- that said, it would have been fine for children.Overall our group appreciated the proximity to the Village and the lifts and would definitely stay at St. James again.

Condo was just as described and pictured. Pool and hot tubs were great! Location is very convenient and the concierge was fantastic! However, for the price I would expect 1 or 2 dishwasher and laundry tabs to be provided. They were not. That was disappointing. Also, one of the toilet seats was loose which was annoying.
