We had a great weekend, the house was so cute and in a cute town. We loved it!

4 / 10

Cute property. Didn’t have hot water and the tub didn’t drain. Property management didn’t respond promptly and blamed the tub not draining on local drainage issues with the street the house is located on. Property manager was rude and threatened to ask us to leave when I said it was unacceptable to not have hot water.

Great location. Neat house. Perfect hot tub. Very clean.

The hot tub kinda stunk and a lot of spider webs on windows but it was cool for the most part

We booked this Vrbo rather than a hotel because we wanted the private hot tub and the hot tub doesn’t work. I messaged the host and received no response. To be fair, I did message late at night, but didn’t expect an immediate response that late. I did however expect a response in the morning but was ignored. I stay at Vrbo’s fairly often and most places have a binder full of instructions for things like this and a phone number to contact the host. This property does not have that. While the property was clean, I felt that the total lack of communication was unacceptable and would not stay here again.
