My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with two other couples for a fun weekend at Oaklawn. The house was perfect! It was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we possibly needed. We absolutely loved the outdoor area in the back. Check in was a breeze, and this house is a great value! We’re already planning our return next spring for another fun weekend at the races!

The house was large enough for our family of 13. We enjoyed using the outdoor fire pit and sitting out on the back patio. It was close to downtown Hot Springs and easy to navigate back and forth.

This was our second time renting this house for our annual family spring horse racing trip. It’s very convenient to Oaklawn Park, shopping and restaurants, but secluded too. The backyard facing the lake is the perfect quiet place to start or end the day with plenty of seating. The kids love the hammock! Only downside might be the steps inside and outside if you have elderly in your group.

House was cold but manager got it fixed and was better after a rough start. Big weekend with friends and house was a good fit for our group.
