It was super clean and had all the amenities for cooking and laundry. Plus, it’s absolutely gorgeous and the closest to the coast.

Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I felt the condo was a little dated. It was clean except for a BIG dead bug in the kichen floor. The kitchen could have been better organized...thing were just everwhere. Had to call Jake to learn how to use the The Ritz and note at the condo explaining thing would have been nice. On Sunday the AC in unit 1 stopped working waited till Monday AM to call him...said he would send someone one right one came had to call again on Tuesday ...finally some one showed up and fixed it...handy man had to fix broken shade, rocky toilet seat ,kitchen cabinet, bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder, throw rugs were moldy and smelled. The view is nice but you have to be standing to really see the ocean.
