Great location. Right on the ocean. Lots of pedestrians enjoying the beach walk right outside the unit.

We found the unit we stayed in to be amazing. Everything we needed was here, everything updated and exceeded our expectations.
Views of the ocean were perfect. Could see many turltles from our balcony and swam with them at the beach.

Reviewer Comments:
While this was our third stay at the Kapalua Bay Villas, 30B3 was by far the best. The Villa was absolutely beautiful, well appointed and provided spectacular views of the ocean. You could hear the pounding of the waves against the lava rocks as it was so close to the water. When returning to Maui we will definitely stay at this unit.
