1. Communication with Parish maui was easy and they were very responsive. I had a question and I actually talked to a very helpful live PERSON. 2. When we arrived the unit was very clean and everything is in great shape. 3. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need to cook, the pots and pans worked well, There small things like plenty of soaps and paper towels. The outside patio was perfect for whale watching.

Perfect place for a get away! The views from the master bedroom are breathtaking! You are only a short walk to a beautiful beach and even shorter walk to the pool. The master bathroom is huge and newly remodeled which was a nice surprise and not pictured on the website. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room has beautiful view as well. Furniture wasn’t super comfortable but we didn’t hang out there much. The villa is set up on a hill in a quiet community near golf, tennis, small shops and a few restaurants. Management had great communication with us and immediately responded to a service issue we had. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

We have enjoyed 9 incredible days in this wonderful property. Waking up to magnificent views of the ocean and hearing the surf all night long, has been such a treat. This property has absolutely everything anyone could want and more. The list is too long to fit in this review. We would absolutely like to stay here again. Thank you Jonathan and Parrish Management Company!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful views with plenty of comfort and space. Furniture well used and dated and noisy air conditioner are the downside.Close to beach, golf and restaurants! Comfortable but needs TLC.
