The living/sleeping area has been newly renovated and features a 1.80-meter box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a living area (with a recliner that folds out into a third bed) equipped with a flat-screen TV (satellite), dining area, and a private furnished balcony that gets morning sun and offers a view of the countryside. Free Wi-Fi; no smoking; no pets. The “Villa Anna” building has approximately 40 residential units, each with an assigned underground parking space. In the basement, there is a bicycle storage room, and a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.
