PARKING: One garage parking space is available for your use as well as two parking spots are available in front of garage.
If you would like to request an early check-in, please feel free to reach out to us on the day of your arrival around 10 AM. We'll verify the status of our previous guests to ensure their departure before we can confirm your request. Additionally, please note that an early check-in or late check-out fee may apply for this option.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $250 FEE PER OCCURRENCE FOR BREAKING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING in the unit... cigarettes, marijuana, or otherwise! Do not throw butts on ground outside! Do not use vape pens, incense, or candles.
NO PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS. I love parties, just not here.
QUIET HOURS are 9:00pm to 7:00am.
NO MOVING furniture or artwork.
Commercial uses of the space are reviewed on a case by case bases. Commercial uses without prior approval from the host are strictly prohibited and can result in an immediate non refundable cancellation of the booking. Please reach out prior to booking to discuss the your details.

Bathed in natural light, this welcoming abode features an abundance of windows that create a bright and airy atmosphere. You'll find spacious, open rooms designed for relaxation and productivity alike, ensuring that you feel right at home, whether you're working or unwinding.
Your safety and that of our neighbors are our top priorities. To maintain a secure environment, we kindly ask for ID verification after your booking is confirmed. This small step helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.

This was a great stay and everything we needed! It was clean, comfortable, well- stocked, and a convenient location.

To one accustomed to stying in private homes and that expectation, this property is not for me. This is at best a low end rental neighborhood, overgrown yards, people parked in the street and while house was clean it was a cost of paint on a very rough rental duplex.We had what we needed, appliances worked and beds were okay but you would never leave a 16 year old alone. Just not what I'm used to. This is a large corporate owned owner with rough rentals on VRBO.Not what I'm used to. The contact person was helpful but automated text conflicted with the truth, once telling us the rental was canceled when we were 5 minutes away. An adult needing a place to sleep, it suits the purpose but that's it.
