Awesome experience

The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the Orpheum. The loft was cute and nicely decorated but the kitchen, drinkware and other amenities were poor. There were no glass drinkware, including stemware and the wine opener was so cheap it could not pull out a cork. We ended up purchasing glassware and a wine opener. The TV in the living room was not set up to a ROKU account so no news could be watched. The WIFI was sketchy but we were able to get logged in which enabled one of our party to work. Overall the loft is in a great location with a parking garage very close by. We did witness a few cars getting towed from the street so I would recommend using the parking garage which is a half block away.We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed visiting Omaha and the ballet.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We loved the big open kitchen and the location is absolutely perfect!

Excellent location. Excellent restaurants nearby and walking distance to most things in downtown. Everything was in good working order and clean/like new. Sometimes the WiFi signal was low but no complaints otherwise. Communication was very responsive and helpful (with WiFi, for example). Plan to stay again when return to Omaha.
