Everything was very nice. Location was close to everything and saw amazing fireworks from the house or walk down to river and can see there.

This place is great for a stay in Knoxville. We rented for a weekend basketball tournament and was perfect for 3. The owner is great and very communitive. If you need space for clothes I would recommend bringing some extra suitcases.

The property was extremely clean and the host was so nice; always available to answer my questions. The property is so close to the university and everything we needed to do while we were in town.
