Great little cottage in the Hamptons. This cottage is fully stocked with everything you will need. The heated flooring is a nice added touch. Good location to beaches and shopping. Good privacy with all the tall hedges surrounding the property. Bathroom in the master bedroom is small. The largest bathroom is in the basement. Two of the four bedrooms are in the basement area which was o.k. for us as there were only 3 of us. The cottage was very clean upon arrival. Overall a fantastic place!

This house was great! Exactly as pictured. Only callout is the outdoor furniture by the pool needs a really good spray down/wash. Everything else was absolutely great!!

Very charming new/modern house with spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor deck that was perfect for hangouts, big backyard! Very private. Great location! Would stay again.

Stayed here for a long weekend to attend a family wedding in the Hamptons. House was exactly as described. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and all the amenities of the house. Hosts were very friendly and super responsive and would definitely return to this location for another get away.
