Amazing and friendly host. Charming room. Enjoyed the stay.

Carole was wonderful! She checked in to see if anything was needed and gave us info on nice walking paths. The place was lovely….and the most comfortable bed! Thank you!

The apartment is in a great location, minutes from the University of Oregon and Downtown Eugene. Carole was a great host. Check-in and check-out were easy and simple and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is no kitchen (as advertised and expected), but there is a breakfast area, with bowls, utensils, microwave and small refrigerator so making coffee, and eating take-home meals and leftovers is easy to do. There are many great restaurants and cafes within a few minutes drive, and Carole was very helpful with recommendations. For someone traveling alone as I was (or a couple) this was a perfect place to stay!

It’s a beautiful little master suite with a private entry from a lovely backyard. The hostess was attentive and kind. Our only complaint is we were quite warm and the air conditioning control was in the main house. We would recommend this property for others.
