Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean only complaint was the ac. The room didn’t get as cold as I wanted it to. Other then that every else was great

Had a swim out suite which was very nice. Daily room service was attentive to towel replacement and mini bar was restocked daily to requested needs. Concierge Roberto was awesome. Exchanged WhatsApp info and communicated through text. He checked on us every day and quickly responded if we requested anything. From a bucket of ice, to organizing transportation to the airport, it was taken care of. The only suggestion I would have is to have the main buffet area open during dinner. Selection during breakfast and lunch was nice and changed daily. Just wished we could of had this as an option for dinner.

Me and my girlfriends reserved the beach area of the resort in January, when we arrived at the resort they told us the beach area was closed and we were being relocated to the main resort area. I think the biggest frustration was there was no communication prior to arrival. Half the restaurants (the ones at the beach area) were closed, so that was a big bummer. We ended up staying at one of the swim up suites and the rooms were large, high ceilings and really beautiful. The bathrooms felt luxurious as well. The restaurants were alright, Portofino, the Italian restaurant was my favorite. Shuttle device to the beach did not run according to schedule and you would get different answers from everyone. Staff at the restaurants were great. Spa was pretty, was a bit bummed bc my reservation said it came with. Spa service but it was just 15 minutes in the hydrotherapy area. Overall the resort was okay, room was beautiful, service pretty good. Communication was poor.
