L'emplacement, la chambre avec la vue sur la mer, le travail de Johana pour nous assurer un bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner.
L'impression d'être dans un airbnb et pas dans un hôtel. Le manque de personnel. Les matelas des bains de soleil sales empilés sur un comptoir . Le spa sur notre terrasse peu entretenu. Personne à la réception après 16h et très peu avant. Aucun service, même pas la possibilité d'acheter une bouteille d'eau. La petite plage devant l'hôtel séparée par des carcasses de sommiers sans aucun entretien. L'impression d'être dans un lieu qui pourrait être magique mais en décrépitude

The bed faced a wall of window with the view, right on the water, the room was clean, nice breakfast ( limited for gluten free).
No services. The location is between 2 towns, if you do not have a car you need to take a taxi everywhere. There was no restaurant or bar (misrepresented), ice, on the property. Beware no hand rails on stairs. The only staff ( nice) person leaves at 4pm. Not really a beach, hot tub was not on the deck facing the view ( misrepresented) but on the side facing a construction site).
