We had a wonderful stay at 好客文旅! We were able to check our luggage since we arrived several hours before check-in. The hotel itself is very new and looks clean. The room was very spacious and we had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. We loved the location--close to the Shanfu beach area, walking distance to a Xiaoliuqiu local bus route stop and several restaurants. The Thai restaurant down the road was so delicious and the Japanese restaurant across the street had amazing sashimi! The kids' play room on the 3rd floor was really fun for my 5-year-old son (although it's probably better for 2-3 year-old kids) and we found some beach toys there that were perfect for borrowing to take the beach (thank you to whomever left them there!). We never used the outdoor pool, but it looked clean and shallow--just right for kids. The breakfast food was delicious, although the selection was exactly the same every day. The air conditioner worked really well and our room had very nice sunlight (and black-out curtains!). The cactus-shaped coat rack, table/chairs, mirror/stools, and luggage holder were all very useful. I appreciated that the 1st floor (outdoor) bathrooms had bidet sprayers.

There were some noisy guests outside one night at midnight, but I'm not sure if there were from our hotel or next door (which also has a pool adjacent to this hotel's pool). If they were from our hotel, I hoped one of the hotel staff would speak to them. One bed was by the air conditioning unit, and the light from the AC display was a bit bright to sleep under (we covered it by hanging a hat on the unit). The hotel only provided hand towels (not larger bath towels), which they said was due to water restrictions. If I had known this, I would have packed bigger towels, but we made do.

早餐雖然種類不算多，但很有特色，有關東煮還可以煮麵和鮪魚肉燥，這兩樣比較少見，讓人覺得很特別。 * 有提供麵包、沙拉和水果，基本的早餐搭配都有。 * 鮪魚肉燥滿有特色，是早餐裡比較令人印象深刻的品項。 * 關東煮也算是比較特別的早餐選擇，不是一般常見的飯店早餐。

味噌湯太鹹，而且顏色很深，看起來很像醬油，口味上比較難接受。 * 床偏硬，睡起來舒適度較低。 * 枕頭太軟，支撐性不足，睡起來脖子比較不舒服。 * 冷氣運轉聲音太大，晚上睡覺時會明顯聽到噪音，影響睡眠品質。 * 房間還是使用傳統鑰匙，進出時需要拿鑰匙，比現在常見的房卡或電子鎖麻煩。 * 樓下交誼廳平時沒有開冷氣，室內比較悶熱，尤其天氣熱的時候不太適合久待。 * 電梯沒有明顯管制，任何人都可以直接進入、按樓層，住宿安全性方面會讓人比較擔心。
