Relaxing and Quiet with behind lodge parking and a lovely all day restaurant on site ( but check the gate access code before you go through it… you’ll find it in your portal) Lakeside and watching the geese, swans and woodpeckers kept us entertained.
Everything had been thought of in the lodge even binoculars and clean crisp white sheets and big bath towels were reflective of the general cleanliness of everything
You have to be careful where you walk at lake edge because of goose poo but it hadn’t rained for a couple of days so I’m sure it eventually washes away
But they made up for it with their antics

Great location, the view of the lake out the window and the ducks and geese walking right up to the decking. It was lovely and quiet and the walk around the lake was the perfect length for with our daughter and dog.
The pictures showed a pod coffee machine which wasn't there.

Nicely decorated comfy beds
A lot of goose poo around, be mindful
