It was clean

Before we arrived I wrote to the staff that I will arrive after 10PM. They didn’t respond with a normal message just told me that the service is only available until 10PM, so I couldn’t enter the building. I called the number provided, nobody answered. I was waiting for 15 minutes when a nice lady who is also a tourist let me in. She said she had the same problem and had to book a different hotel for one night because she couldn’t go into the room. The room was clean, but the bedding and towels smelled so bad of chemicals. When it was dark in the room there was a led light which kept on turning on every time we moved. Red and green light was in the room all night because of this )I added the pictures) On our final day we ran out of toilet paper, so I asked the staff for more and they told me they can’t provide more the 2 rolls of toilet paper and I have to pay for it extra!!!!
