Room service was included and they went to extra effort to make it pretty with flowers and nice plates and silverware.
I am very cold-natured so was cold which was not their fault except that a nicer heater might be nice. It rained almost constantly when we were there so roads were a bit affected. The hosts were so nice and are the kind of people you would like for friends. I think they are doing their very best to make things nice.
