Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich und wir bekamen gleich eine kurze Einführung in das Apartment – dadurch haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Unser Apartment war sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und roch bei unserer Ankunft angenehm frisch. Die Betten waren bequem und auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Ein besonderes Highlight für unsere beiden Jungs war die große Regendusche. 😊 Die Badewanne haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts gar nicht genutzt. Zur Anlage gehören mehrere Apartments, die direkt nebeneinander liegen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es allerdings angenehm ruhig und nicht sehr voll. Dadurch hatten wir den relativ großen Pool häufig sogar ganz für uns allein. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass es auch einen flacheren Bereich gab, der für unsere Kinder sehr gut geeignet war, während man als Erwachsener ebenfalls ausreichend Platz zum Schwimmen hatte. Für unseren Mietwagen stand jederzeit ein schattiger Stellplatz zur Verfügung, was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Und auch die Hühner in der Nähe waren für unsere Jungs natürlich sehr interessant. 😊 Wir haben uns hier als Familie wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Wenn wir uns bei der Ausstattung noch etwas wünschen dürften, wären ein kleiner Backofen und eine Spülmaschine schöne Ergänzungen gewesen. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein persönlicher Wunsch und hat unseren sehr positiven Gesamteindruck überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt.

El espacio era enorme y decorado con mucho gusto, nos encantó el alojamiento. La piscina era preciosa y el agua tenía una temperatura óptima. Había una pequeña hamaca en la entrada que les encantó a los niños.

Para mi gusto ninguna de las dos almohadas me valían, una muy gruesa y otra muy fina, pero supongo que es algo personal, que soy especial con las almohadas. El camino de entrada quizás está un poco bacheado, nada molesto ni siquiera para turismos sedán, pero siempre está bien que otros huéspedes lo sepan.

Tout était fabuleux. Nous avons tlmt bien dormi, lit confortable, rideaux occultants. C'est très bien équipé pour cuisiner quelques repas pendant le séjours. La salle de bain est magnifique et fonctionnelle. Aucun problème d'eau chaude ou de pression. Les chambres et les lieux sont aussi beaux que sur les photos. On se sent dans un établissement haut de gamme. Filipa nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a recommandé une excursion en bateau que nous avons adoré. Cest tranquille, parfait pour relaxer. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour!

The location has a nice pool and in particular the outdoor areas are very well kept.

Checkin is strict and there appears to be no room for waiting at the property for the room to be ready. We arrived a little after 14.00 and were asked to leave until our checkin no earlier than 16.00. We were given a different room than originally booked but with great similarities. The room is very damp and moist, you can smell the moisture and we felt we could smell mold. Unless you keep the entry door open, ventilation is minimal. The bed was not our style and the long dark hairs on the floor (we are grey/blonde) and spiderwebs in the bathroom showed a bit of lack of cleaning. But the most bothersome issue was the noisance. We had the most lovely and polite neighbours but could hear every cough, word and sneeze. We have stayed all over the Algarve in the past years and this was very poor rate vs quality experience for us.
