Property was nice & clean with a lovey kitchen & bathrooms. Was a nice touch having lovely toiletries provided, plus tea, coffee, sugar & some milk with an extra bonus of dishwasher tablets & washing up liquid. Great location & easy access into Oxford with plenty of parking.

Two singles beds one in the twin room & the other in the single room needed the mattress’s replacing as you could feel all the springs so not comfortable to sleep on.

Work colleagues enjoyed their stay. Excellent location and accommodation lovely. Would highly recommend

Great location next to a grocery store and coffee shop with pastries. Easy access to buses and not far from downtown Oxford. Wonderful having more than one bathroom with full showers. Beautiful garden conservatory on the back of the house. Easily accessed with key. Clean house and plenty of room.

Maybe some miscommunication from the cleaning personnel. We had an 11:00am checkout approved instead of the usual 10:00 checkout time. Cleaning staff came at 10:00 and was upset that we were still there. :)

The property is right on the awkward intersection of Oxford road and next door to a major supermarket and gas station. The outdoor area to the rear of these property was not tended to and cigarettes were all over the patio. The outdoor furniture also was not fit to use. The lounge chair arms were tacky and need cleaned. My husband left his wedding band in the shower and the POC Michael feigned at being helpful and claimed nothing was found. We returned to the property ourselves and the new occupants were kind and let us in and we found the ring. He was rude and indignant when I stated that if they had not found it then someone must have taken it.

Garden area, unclean furnishings
