Nice property. Was very clean.

Check in and communication was not the best. When we arrived, we were not in the system and the property wasn’t even marked as being reserved. The person at the gate gave me a phone # to call. Luckily the person answered quickly and fixed the issue. I was also told by the lady on the phone that I could enter as soon as housekeeping was done with cleaning it. I messaged the host via a phone # left in our check in instructions to let her know that our door code was not working but we never received a reply. Thankfully the code eventually worked after 35 minutes of us standing outside the door. Condo itself was very nice! It was clean and updated. The furniture was in great condition with no spots or stains. The beds were soft and comfy. One problem was the sofa bed did not have any linens. No sheets, pillows, or blankets. Luckily we weren’t in need of using the sofa bed because we wouldn’t have been able to. The condo contained everything we needed to cook and eat with. We were also provided with one use of dishwasher detergent and some blue liquid in an unmarked bottle (thought it was laundry detergent but wasn’t about to risk ruining the washer if it wasn’t) Overall we enjoyed our stay. The issues weren’t a deal breaker just minor.

Very nice and clean. Front door lock is sorta messed up. Hard to lock. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo.

Oh my . The view was awesome, the room was very clean and the elevators were fast. Now the bad stuff. I was totally mis informed that this was in a high rise. I thought i was renting a cottage. Pam, our agent, didnt mention this. The building was having repairs done with alot of noise. Pam didnt mention that either. The room is very dated with furniture from the 70's maybe. The microwave didnt work, 3 outlets in the bedroom sparked when i plugged in my charger, one in the living room did the same. The front door lock has alot if issues As it may or may not lock. Pam would not respond t messages after we arrived. I guess she got our money and blew us off. So i would not stay with this property again.. there are better places down the beach. See about other real estate managers who actually will offer alittle more information. Oh let me mention the twin beds are in a dark room that i wouldnt recommend for anyone. Thus room cost over a grand for 3 nights. What a rip off.
