We’re located in Cerri, Rocca di Cambio—the Campo Felice ski lifts are just 3 km away, and those at Monte Magnola are 5 km away.
In the area, you’ll find countless hiking trails for both seasoned hikers and beginners.

The apartment is fully equipped with every comfort, including an electric coffee maker, a hair dryer, a camping cot for children (Inglesina model), a patio table with chairs, and a barbecue.
The apartment features a large living room with a fireplace and three built-in sofa beds, a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, and a bedroom with a double bed.
The apartment does not provide sheets, towels, personal items, or food.
However, mid-season quilts and down comforters are available.

IMPORTANT NOTE: “Sofa beds” refer to the built-in sofas in the living room, which are perfectly suited for sleeping.
A sofa bed is for children only.

Pets are not allowed.
Children up to 10 years old stay for free.
