It's a nice spacious house in a good location, floors in kitchen could have been cleaner against the baseboards.Deck can only be accessed by guests going through the king bedroom and there is no stairs from the deck to get down into the yard. I was disappointed because we brought our dog, and while there is a fence in the back and sides of the yard, there was nothing to keep her from getting into the front yard and out into the street. If you're planning on using the grill, make sure ahead of time that there is propane in the tank. We had to use the oven at the last minute to cook the meat because we didn't check.

Wonderful house for a big family. The host was super responsive and very accommodating. Great location, too!

Overall we had a great stay! The only thing that would have been nice is if there was AC as the house got extremely hot, but there was a heat wave while we were there and the coast doesn’t usually get that hot, and so we were just visiting during the hottest time of course! Also wish there was a patio out back. But overall our stay was good, the host was excellent at getting back to me super quickly and was very kind :)

The house was not clean when we arrived. Fridge was dirty. Had hair in the freezer. All the bathrooms were dirty. Poop on the toilets. We had to clean before we could enjoy our time. The bedrooms were not clean like they should of been. Found trash under the beds. The master bedroom patio is not safe. Broken boards. The floors were not clean. Base boards around the house were dirty. Kitchen and dishes were dirty. Had family from out of town and we had to clean the house. First time ever having this happen.
