The property was clean and ready when we arrived. All communications with the host were answered quickly. This was our second stay at this property and we do plan to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The lot was easy to drive in and out of and had lots of parking space for the golf cart and our car. The golf cart ran well but needs a mirror and needs light bulbs replaced. We would enjoy staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the pull through lot. It was very easy to get in and out of. Disappointed that the lot had not been at least blown off when we arrived. The picnic table was falling apart so we didn’t use it other than to put our table top grill on. There were pieces of wood that had fell off and were laying beside table and the last thing was the golf cart. As much as the lots rent for and as many people stay here you would think the golf carts could be maintained a little better or even replaced over the years. We went day by day hoping ours would just keep a charge long enough to get us to and from the beach. Overall the lot was great and would probably stay here again.
