Good value for money. Bed was comfortable. Host was polite and flexible. This is a homestay and not a hotel so as long as you don't expect hotel accommodation there's nothing to complain about for the price. I would stay again.
The only thing that upset me was on my first night after arriving late someone ran the washing machine, which is located on the other side of a wall from the bed, at around 5am and it completely wasted my first morning as I was too tired to get out.

The location was very close to the event venue my husband needed to visit
No air conditioning! It was hot and I was super happy that I brought a fan with us.

The location is very close to RER B, making it easy to travel to the city centre. The house itself is very beautiful, with an impressive design overall. The room I was given was very spacious, with plenty of space to store your luggage. It's good value for the money.
I am a relatively tall person (187 cm) and the bed was slightly short for me. The main entrance has an alarm that is activated during the night, which could make a late-night arrival noisy for the other tenants. The fridge in the kitchen was not really working, it felt more like a cooler.

"A very nice and courteous host. On the day of arrival we had a flat tire and he waited for us. The communication was always very polite and uncomplicated. The house is really nice and so is the place ..."
