Acogedor
Está todo bien. El sofá cama del salón no pudimos abrirlo

Céntrico
El deterioro de llaves de la luz, mampara de ducha rota, almohadas muy incómodas, nos dejaron cápsulas de café pero no había cafetera

Centrally located and responsive host. Had problems with the AC the first night but the host was helpful and patient with my inability to run the system.
A bit noisy at night and early in the morning. Window faces a busy street with several bar/restaurants. Motor bikes and loud revellers are loud and constant until late in the AM. Early in the morning restaurants are cleaning and setting up and make a lot of noise. I would say that is the main drawback and my reason for the low score in comfort. Other than that, the apartment is fine. There is some wear and tear but not terribly run down, it could use some freshening up and updating. The apartment is clean but the common areas are dingy and unkempt.
