We loved our stay here! It's even better than the photos and description. Lovely quiet safe neighborhood, easy walk to downtown. Parking spot. The house is lovely, lots of space, clean and bright. The backyard was wonderful - big leafy trees, lush, rock wall, private. Our host was very responsive (I couldn't find extra TP. She delivered more within 30 minutes!) Easy to find, easy check-in, way checkout. Wonderful stay here, and I will book again for future trips to Kingston.

how was good and great location

The space was very clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only minor note is that the floors were a bit noisy when walking, which made it a little harder to move around quietly at night—but overall, it was a great experience.

Quaint home with good location to downtown. Things you should know: The knobs have been taken off the bath tub so it isn’t functional, when I requested they said no; mildew and mold in bottom of shower; there is a wooden floor throughout the house that is horribly noisy, if you have noise sensitive people in your group, this is not the place for you. Overall aesthetics are pleasant, there are some items that need tending to upgrade.
