The area is just 4 mins to centre of Rye and beach. The house it self is perfect for 2 families/friends get away. Thank you for having us. Highly recommended. A part from they don’t have dishwasher but really not a big deal as everything just great as expected.

Comfortable located house between the ocean and bay, clean 3 bedroom upstairs with private studio on the ground level. As a gardener I noticed a lot of fruit trees around the house and back yard, next time have to be there in summer for some fresh fruits .

The property was very accuately described. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and some pantry items provided. Some instruction on using the cooktop would have been useful.

Well equiped kitchen which was important to us. Spacious and comfortable. Great, quiet, location. Comfy dining table chairs too, important for someone with bad back.
