We loved our stay. We had a minor issue with the pool heater but the host was responsive in getting it resolved. Check-in was a breeze. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with plenty of beach and pool toys and towels. The pool and lanai areas were great and get sun all day which we enjoyed. The area was quiet and located close to all the places we enjoy in the Cape. Thanks for hosting our family.

Best area in Cape Coral. Quiet, beautiful, yet close to everything. 35 minutes ride to Sanibel. The home was gorgeous and the hot tub/pool was amazing every morning and evening. I would 100% come back. Thank you!

We have been using Pretty Cape Coral homes for the past three years! Always such a pleasant experience from start to finish! Homes are beautiful and exceptionally very clean. Kevin and the staff were wonderful to work with. Many nice amenities as well. Definitely
5-star experience hands down! Highly recommend using Pretty Cape Coral Homes for your vacations.

Ken,
Thanks for all you do for us. The only problem we had was the spa stopped working the last two days. Your maintenance guy showed and we thought it was working but alas 😭 it didn't. Thanks again and looking forward to our visits in December and Feb.
