Condo was clean and beautiful. Great location and pool. 4 stars because there were a few issues, toilet paper holder in one bathroom was broken and the dryer did not dry clothes. We tried multiple different settings and even had maintenance look at it and our clothes were never dried. Had to air dry all towels.

I called for a tv repair, the remote in front bedroom never worked. No one ever got back to me. We went all week without a TV in the bedroom, and I usually need that to be comfortable and sleep. So that was one effect, the other one was a microwave smoked. We called about no one ever got back with this.

We had a wonderful stay. The maintenance guy was good and took care of the issue. Our condo was very comfy. We will be back.

We had trouble right off the bat with the door not opening properly. The couch had a burn mark in the arm and the walls had major scuff marks. I took pictures just to cover myself but if this was actually owned by an individual and not a corporation it would have probably been a better experience. The only toilet paper in the bathrooms was what was left in the roll, which wasn’t much. It missed the basic niceties that a private owner does for their renters to show pride in their property. The communication from the management company was minimal and I had to reach out twice for information needed for check in. Felt more like a model than a private condo!
