We had a blast visiting this super cute apartment in the heart of Mission Beach. Views off the small patio were beautiful and it is just steps from the beach. It was a little noisy because of the location near the main street and the garage was super tiny, but overall we loved the place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is great, all the essentials are provided, and the hosts are responsive.Very family-friendly place. The host provided a pack n play upon request. The kitchen includes kid plates and bowls. The outdoor storage closet has a cooler, wagons, umbrellas, boogie-boards, and beach toys. The balcony and large picture window overlooking the bay and bay walk was great for entertaining the kids. Just a short walk to the beach and nearby parks.Communication with the hosts was great. We received a text message when the place was ready (1.5 hours earlier than the noted check-in time). Everything was very clean upon arrival. We did have an issue with an exterior flood light shining in one of the bedroom windows at night. Upon my asking if there was anything that could be done, they had the handyman install blackout curtains in the bedrooms that day. Wow! Thank you!The kitchen was well-equipped. The dining table was perfect for meals, though space between the table and kitchen counter is tight.Washer and dryer were an added convenience, though rather loud.Getting in/out of the garage was tight with our mid-size SUV (Nissan Rogue). Too narrow to open a door more than just enough to get in/out, so unload passengers before pulling in. Nice to have a reserved spot as nearby public parking is packed on weekends.There was construction at the pump station next door (March 2026) but it did not disturb our stay.

Clean space in an excellent location to enjoy Mission Bay and Beach. Well supplied kitchen, washer/dryer. Convenient to boardwalk and Bay trail for walking/biking. We loved it.

This rental is walking distance to Belmont Park and the beach, so very convenient. It also sits right on the bay, making it nice if you have little kids I struggled with the number of stars to give, wish I could give 3.5. The condo was clean and kitchen was really well stocked. But when we arrived the shower didn’t work in the second bath. So 5 people had to share 1 bathroom. You can imagine the wait for the shower after a long day on the water. It took them until the 3rd day to fix it because of the part needed. Plus the TV in the master didn’t work (this was fixed within a day.) We ended up ordering out for dinner while we only had one shower because by the time everyone was able to get cleaned up we were always to tired to go out, so this was a huge disappointment. The parking is really tight. We had a small suv and it didn’t really fit in the garage, we choose to park on the street out of convenience. If it wasn’t for the shower I would have given this condo a solid 4.
