Really comfortable bed, linen and pillows. Great shower, good pressure and hot with loads of shampoo etc. Excellent communication and seamless check in with codes. Tea/coffee station with Madeira cake replenished every two days. Great roof terrace with lots of different options of seating Great WiFi and TV.. Best thing however was the location. Opposite a lovely chilled park area with Jacaranda trees. Surrounded by bars and restaurants but peaceful too. Easy access to Ferry and train station. Right in old town . Perfect. Faro exceeded our expectations. A lovely clean historic and vibrant city. Nature reserves, great public transport and a ferry ride away from the best beaches.

The terrace at the back was good for drying washing, and beach stuff. But the roof terrace was so much nicer. I need to mention that stairs to the roof terrace are okay if you have good mobility. I am a fairly agile and not too small lady of 64 and managed them fine. Had to hang on to the ropes but I wouldn't like to attempt after a couple of vinos!! Slight stinky smell in the bathroom a couple of times not sure if it was the drains,but that wouldn't put me off returning. Also no glasses or mugs. We bought some in the shop that sells everything around the corner Baixia shopping but couldn't get over that there was nowhere to drink either coffee or water or tea from. Overall fab. We will be back.

Really nicely appointed apartment and an excellent location. Faro is a lovely city and there's lots of cafes and restaurants nearby the apartment too. The place itself is very nice with a wee balcony and a coffee/tea station outside the room with a fresh Madeira cake and fruit on a morning. The roof area is also very nice with tables, seats and sun loungers.

The bathroom 'barn door' didn't close properly, I think the latch was broken? The room itself was quite small and the lack of drawers was a shame because we ended up basically living out of luggage, though there was some hanging space. Also, as much as the comms from the owners was fine, it wasn't responsive.

The beautiful design, perfect location, great and relaxing rooftop and the best freshly baked cake available throughout the stay.

Location was good, convenient, overlooking pretty square. Shower/bathroom good, hot water stayed hot, nice toiletries

Stayed in 'suite 3'....a 'suite' was misleading and Room quite basic and minimalist, small double bed, no hanging space other than 2 wall hooks with one clothes hanger on each. Towels were not very big or good quality. No in room service facilities...an empty fridge....with a communal service table down the hallway shared by 4 rooms with kettle, coffee machine, water, coffee/tea . A cake appeared from time to time. This was more like a budget hotel room with minimal services
